Services
ExcelerateWorks provides AI Narrative Intelligence consulting services, including but not limited to AI Narrative Audits, strategic recommendations, and related advisory services. The specific scope of each engagement is defined in a separate agreement.
Engagement
Submitting a request through our contact form constitutes an inquiry, not a binding agreement. A engagement begins only when both parties sign a written agreement defining scope, deliverables, timeline, and fees.
Intellectual Property
All deliverables produced by ExcelerateWorks for a client are the property of that client upon full payment, unless otherwise specified in the engagement agreement. Our methodologies, frameworks, and processes remain the proprietary intellectual property of ExcelerateWorks.
Confidentiality
We treat all client information as confidential. We do not disclose client identities, findings, or recommendations to third parties without explicit written consent, except as required by law.
Professional Conduct
Our services are advisory in nature. We do not guarantee specific business outcomes, including but not limited to revenue growth, market share changes, or AI system behavior modifications. Clients are responsible for implementing recommendations.
Fees and Payment
Fees, payment terms, and cancellation policies are defined in each engagement agreement. Unless otherwise stated, invoices are due within 30 days of issuance.
Limitation of Liability
ExcelerateWorks shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any engagement shall not exceed the fees paid for that engagement.
No Warranty
Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that AI systems will change their behavior as a result of implementing our recommendations.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by applicable laws in the jurisdiction where ExcelerateWorks operates. Any disputes shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal remedies.
Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
