What does ExcelerateWorks cost?

One offer while we take on our first GTA med spas. $2,500 in Canadian dollars plus tax to set everything up, paid once at the start, then your first three months of management are free. From month four it is $895 a month, and that price is held for a full year. We email you two weeks before the first monthly payment, and you can stop by replying to that email. Practices with several locations are $1,500 a month with setup quoted separately.

How long before I show up in ChatGPT or Gemini?

Weeks, not days. Listing and profile corrections propagate over roughly one to three weeks. Search engines re-index in one to two weeks. AI assistants update their picture of a business more slowly than either, so expect the first visible movement somewhere between four and twelve weeks. Anyone promising faster is guessing.

Do you guarantee my business will be recommended by AI?

No, and you should be careful with anyone who does. AI answer engines are closed systems that change without notice, and nobody outside those companies controls what they say. What we do commit to is the work itself: your profile and listings correct and consistent, your site readable by machines, your positioning specific enough that another clinic cannot claim it, and a monthly report showing exactly what ChatGPT and Gemini said about you and whose name came up instead.

What is in the free scan, and is there a catch?

We ask ChatGPT and Gemini the questions your customers actually ask, record the answers word for word, and show you whether a competitor was named ahead of you and in how many answers. Results come back in two business days. There is no cost, and no sales call unless you ask for one.

Which businesses is this for?

Medical aesthetics clinics and med spas in the Greater Toronto Area, where someone compares two or three places before booking. We work with one clinic per neighbourhood, so while you are with us we will not take on the practice down the street.

Question 6

Who is this not for?

Accepted Answer

Clinics outside the Greater Toronto Area, and businesses that are not med spas or medical aesthetics clinics. We are also not an ad agency and do not manage ad spend or run general marketing campaigns. If the med spa in your neighbourhood is already with us, we will tell you straight away rather than take your money.

Question 7

Is this the same as search engine work with a new name?

No, though the groundwork overlaps. The old kind of work fights to place a page in a list of links. This works to get your clinic named in an answer where there is no list, usually two or three names and no second page to scroll to. The technical side is shared. Deciding whether someone books you once you are named is not something the old kind of work covers at all.

Do I need to replace my website?

Not necessarily. A rebuild of up to five pages is included in the setup fee, but if your site is fine as it is we leave it alone and put that same work into your listings and reviews instead. The price does not change either way, and we will tell you honestly which one you need.
